Introductory seminars with Andreas Eberhardt
Born in Vienna in 1964, Andreas brings over 20 years of experience in bodywork and trauma resolution. Trained in Ortho-Bionomy and Somatic Experiencing, he specializes in restoring balance to the nervous system through gentle, embodied awareness. Since 2013, he has also collaborated on the SOMA program with Dr. Sonia Gomez, PhD, integrating emotional and physiological healing. Guided by the principles of Tibetan Buddhism, Andreas blends mindfulness, compassion, and deep skill to support profound physical and emotional transformation.

Dr. Sônia Gomes
A clinical psychologist (Ph.D.) with over 40 years of experience, Dr. Sônia Gomes is the founder of SOMA Embodiment®, a somatic approach that integrates touch, movement, and haptic awareness to support trauma healing. Trained directly with Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, and Hubert Godard, she is also a senior international faculty member of Somatic Experiencing®, teaching and mentoring practitioners worldwide. Her work blends body-mind awareness, movement re-education, and compassionate presence to foster deep nervous system recovery.
