What is Somatic Experiencing?

Somatic Experiencing® is a therapeutic approach developed to address and heal the effects of trauma and stress on the body. It recognises that traumatic experiences can become trapped in the body, leading to various physical and psychological and emotional symptoms. SE aims to release and resolve these trapped sensations and helps individuals regain a sense of safety, connection, and self empowerment.

About the Training

Our Somatic Experience Training is designed to empower individuals with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and provide practical skills to facilitate healing and personal growth. This immersive program combines theory, experiential learning, and hands-on practice to nurture your expertise in somatic healing.

Our training will take place amidst the tranquil and spiritually rich environment of Aurovalley Ashram close by Rishikesh. Surrounded by the majestic Himalayas and the sacred Ganga River, this setting will provide the perfect backdrop for self-discovery and emotional growth.
