You need to wear loose clothes like t shirt and leggings, track pants or shorts. Avoid jeans, skirts sari.
Should there be any gaps in consuming food before coming for an appointment?
You should finish your meal 1.5 hours before you come to the clinic for your session. Or have a light meal before an hour of the session. Avoid a full stomach immediately before the session.

No, our Osteopaths can assess and treat without referral by a doctor. However, most health insurers require a doctor’s referral before they authorise cover of fees.
