Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-centered approach to healing trauma and stress. Instead of focusing only on talking about past events, SE™ works with the nervous system to release stored tension and restore balance.

Unlike talk therapy, SE™ doesn’t require you to relive painful memories. It focuses on body awareness and gentle techniques to release emotional stress naturally.

SE™ is beneficial for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, or emotional blocks. It’s also helpful for people who feel “stuck” and haven’t found relief through other therapies.
